Since we are the sponsors of creativity we have created the new concept villa since the style of stacked character is the common design now a days, the new villa is designed as stacked triangles adding our own artistic touch represented by the white ornamented façades with a light blue concealed lighting making it a relief view for the eyes and makes you feel in the spiritual peace, also accompanied with the a small, modern designed swimming pool and a nice terrace to enjoy your time with friends beside the pool and the fresh air.
It’s also worth to mention that what gives the spectacular design appearance of the building is the rigid edges in the corners, double glass preventing heat and cold, last but not least the water falls beside the entrance and the car parking making the villa a complete artistic whole.
The villa consists of two floors with a total build area of 750 sqm.
